Estimated delivery times

• USA: orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping.
• Australia and Canada: delivery typically takes 7-10 business days after shipping.
• Europe and UK: orders usually arrive within 4-7 business days after shipping.
• Other international destinations: delivery may take 7-14 business days depending on location and carrier routing.

Custom orders and photo prints

For custom orders that include photo prints, please allow about 5 additional business days for processing before shipping. This extra time helps us prepare the print and frame carefully before dispatch.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow the package in transit.

Possible delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or address issues. If your package is delayed beyond the expected window, contact us at contact@laviephotoplus.com with your order number.
