Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of our photo frames and want you to feel confident ordering from LaViePhotoPlus. If your frame is not right for your space, we accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the frame must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories. Please handle acrylic panels, glass, wood finishes, and frame hardware carefully while deciding whether to keep the item.

How to start a return

Email contact@laviephotoplus.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds and exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue an approved refund to the original payment method or help arrange an exchange for another eligible item.

Return shipping

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or an item arrives damaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we confirm otherwise. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking number.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your frame arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and help resolve it.
